俄克拉荷馬大學(xué)所在地諾曼是美國俄克拉何馬州克里夫蘭縣的縣治。面積490.8平方公里，2006年人口102,827人，是該州第三大城市。
俄克拉荷馬大學(xué)占地面積3000英畝（約12平方公里），分為五個校區(qū)——諾曼校區(qū)、主校區(qū)、北校區(qū)、南校區(qū)和研究校區(qū)（Research Campus），——均位于諾曼市郊區(qū)。另在俄克拉荷馬城有一個健康科學(xué)研究中心。
